The All American Mushroom

I have found the perfect recipe for stuffed mushrooms. Seriously they are to die for! I have yet to have anyone who doesn’t like these and the best thing is that they are super simple to make with almost no prep time! Even My boyfriend Mike liked these and trust me he doesn’t eat stuffed mushrooms…. With that being said here it is I hope you love them as much as I do…. (Side note, sometimes when we make them at home and not for guests I like to add extra hot sauce, the extra kick is nice)


·         1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese softened

·         ½ cup Parmesan cheese

·         1 Clove Garlic Crushed

·         Dash of Tabasco

·         1 lbs. Fresh mushrooms, stems removed

How to:

Blend Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic and Tabasco to a smooth consistency. Wash and de-stem mushrooms then stuff with mixture and place in baking dish cover and refrigerate for several hours.  Bake at 350 for 10 min then broil until cheese in lightly brown.
